VAS Shield System: Normally the shield mounting position must remain relatively high, because a lower shield pivot will not allow the shield to open or close. The VAS (Variable Axis System) has a variable axis (moving pivot point). This allows shield opening and closing even with the 24mm lower shield mount position, compared to the Corsair V. PB SNC2 Shell: The Corsair X helmet shell is constructed from Super Fiber and other special synthetic fibers developed for F-1 helmet visor panels, assembled and bonded by Arai experts. A specially-developed resin creates stronger bonds between shell materials with less weight.

The costs all depend on the design you choose, the colors needed, and how large it is. The more time it will take the artist, the more he or she will charge. If there are a lot of colors, it will cost you more. If the design is large, it will cost you more.
Morgan Jones Styles, 2017-10-09 09:11:00. Nonetheless, “novelty” motorcycle helmets are very popular and adapt themselves very well to custom graphics, airbrushing and decals. “novelty” styles include chrome, marble, leather, carbon fiber, solid colors and German shapes. Those purchasing these helmets are warned that they are not designed for safety, as they will not protect the head on impact.

You do not have to go for expensive brands to achieve exceptional comfort, but you really need to find out as much information about each helmet type. Whatever way you look at it, Bell has spawned the Qualifier DLX, a new mid-priced helmet that has some very cool features attached to it. First up and probably most noticeable is the built in accommodation for Sena and Cardo communicators. A snap-in, plug and play setup, the configuration is incredibly easy to use. Next up, all Qualifier DLX helmets come with Transitions® equipped faceshields. Rain, sun, cloudy days or night riding, you now get one faceshield that can cover it all. Polycarbonate is the material of choice for the shell and inside Bell’s proven ventilation system and contour shaped padding carries over. In the end, the Qualifier DLX might just be Bell’s most versatile street helmet.

Easily one of Bell’s most anticipated helmets, the MX-9 Adventure sees Bell finally enter the ADV segment and they’ve created a very appealing first time effort. Based closely on the new MX-9, you get the same aggressive looking polycarbonate shell and venting system. However, naturally Bell has created a new, more aerodynamic visor and a large flip up face shield to go with it. Equally capable on the street or dirt, you get a design that likes fast riding on both surfaces. The colorways are all extremely sharp looking but this is overshadowed by the price point which is sub $200. Definitely not a bad thing.
